The staff were friendly. Was amazed at the way the room was. Very clean, spacious. had free water to refill. I would strongly recommend this hotel to my circle of friends. I would rate 4/5 for this hotel

The reception is Yana her service is very good . she speaks very nicely. I have stayed in this hotel many times I am very happy with the service. All their staff r very good...specially Yana gave us very good service. We will come again inshallah.

Everything was completed with iron, board & hairdryer in the room itself. Room was very clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

Although I had a new staff member book me in and she had some problems, she was very pleasant and helpful. She was more stressed then me. Every time I walked in or out she had a smile on her face and happy to talk and confirm that everything was ok.

The towel.. hahhaa . They are using high end towel..it's maybe sound silly but I loved the towel so much.. the bed n pillow are great too.nothing much to complain.

I like the room. It is super nice for 2 star hotel just like 4 star hotel. You just need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, if not you can purchase at the counter for RM10. Deposit for only RM20 is needed and you will be given access card and remote control for tv during check in.
